HOW IT WORKS
Learn from real scenarios: You start with a common but tricky challenge, work through analysis, get a solid plan to implement it, and finally evaluate the answer.
Number of players: We provide instructions on how to use cards alone, in a 1:1 coaching, or as a group.
How to score: We provide a system to score answers with targeted feedback, and a process to walk players though the problem when they get stuck.
When to play: We propose 3 different training plans depending on how fast players want want to improve.
Interviews: We provide guidance on how to use Situation Cards when interviewing your next amazing Engineering Manager.
Ice-Breakers: We found that groups of EMs love spontaneously discussing these situations whenever there’s silence in the room.
Detailed instructions for playing, grading, and giving feedback are all in the instruction book.

We ship with Deutsche Post inside of Germany and expect delivery within a few days (standard mail). Outside of Germany we ship with DHL.
